Makena Place is a residential condo community consisting of 10 units, each their own separate single-family home. All units are oceanfront, and have either 4 or 7 bedrooms. Although it looks like a residential community, Makena Place acts like a condo, which means residents here don’t have to worry about upkeep or community landscaping. Set on 5 acres, Makena Place offers one-of-a-kind living, including a caretaker who works and lives on-site. These five acres are covered with lovely Hawaiian plants and trees, with natural fruit growing in abundance and community gates keeping the area secure.

The homes are set along rocky bluffs that face the ocean. The beach itself is a short walk away, and the community offers one of Maui’s few clay tennis courts.
